Great product but frustrating order experience
Wired4Signs had all the things I needed and ordering was easy. The finished product looks great and I'm pretty happy with it. I rated it 3* since I had someone check my cart before I placed the order to make sure it was all right. I was on a deadline. Unfortunately, the chat rep told me to swap one item on my order but it turned out to be the wrong one, and that set me back several days and cost me more to get the replacement (the original item I was advised to switch to) sent 2nd Day Air. What was even more frustrating was that 4 whole days after I mailed the wrong item back to them I still haven't gotten my money back for the wrong item and I still haven't heard back to my email asking about the refund.

I left a message about the size and they did it correctly on three sides. One was a bit off but it was a little off so I could easily trim it. Trimming one side is better than trimming all sides and that's fine. The item works fine. I received a channel, mounting clips, end caps, plus a diffuser. The only problem I have is the end caps are a bit different in color because they're plastic and the channel is made of aluminum. Drilling holes to reach the mounting screws for a secure installation and then hiding the holes using the LED strip was how I preferred to install it. What I like best is the different channels offered by W4S. I intend to order from them again for a big project shortly.

let down by the support
I was quite let down by the support. I saw the video about undercabinet LED light setup and wanted to get the cool LED lights featured in the video as a complete kit. But that was NOT what happened. First It took two days to actually get in touch. I sent detailed sketches of what I needed for the lights and a list of things I wanted to purchase. Instead of help for ready-to-install under cabinet LED lights like the ones in the video, I got links to purchase all the items I wanted. I decided to go through with the order, but I wasn’t aware I was getting a weekend job. I had to cut my COB LEDs, connect wires to all the components, trim the aluminum channels and the covers, make holes in the caps, and other stuff. It was a huge amount of work I didn't have time for, and I hired an electrician to do the installation. Sadly, putting together LED lights is NOT something the electrician does. So, I began assembling it over the weekend, and it turned into a mess. Right away, the first LED strip had the adhesive backing come off as I pulled the tape off. I'm furious with this BS, and I intend to contact customer support to find out about sending it all back.
