difficult and awkward service tracking
This seemed good at first. I actually paid for a membership, but it really doesn't seem to offer any benefit. Their system to track your military service is difficult and awkward. If their system doesn't align with your experience, you will need to use odd fixes that don't properly show your service record. This is especially true if you served in multiple branches. You will have different profiles instead of a single one that shows your entire military history. The worst part is the support. Get ready for rude, unhelpful replies from their DB admin when you ask basic questions. And if he doesn't believe you about your military background, it doesn't get resolved. It will also take a while to make simple updates of your records, if they even occur.

scam site with no support
I figured it was a decent idea, but it seems like it's pretty much like a scam site. I tried looking for people from my Vietnam War unit since I filed an agent orange claim and needed extra proof that I was exposed, but I couldn't locate anybody. They bill you and say you can cancel whenever, etc. Then, they offer you no INFORMATION ABOT CANCELLING OR EVEN CONTACTING THEM. You can't click their Terms of Service link down near the bottom because the slider won't stay still. I couldn't work out how to cancel so I challenged the $19.95 charge with my Chase credit Card and the bank reversed the charge right away without needing me to do anything else.
