terrible team which adds to mistakes
Awful experience that just adds to the stress. After the valuer makes a mistake they won't fix it. Could risk losing a lot of money and cause a lot of stress. Stay away from them especially if the valuer considers a living room as 7 bedrooms in one 6 bed HMO but does not for another property. As a result, one property cannot be refinanced with the lender and so much money was thrown away on costs. A really frustrating situation because of a stubborn wrong valuer.
