really poor support and wrong info
Really poor support. Chat and phone teams are abroad with nobody handling complaints. Who doesn't have a complaints team? They gave me wrong information after speaking with them for hours and the manager "Rafael" ended the chat when I told him he was wrong. Customers have no way to make a complaint. They sell new shoes but send us shoes that are really worn. Support says I have to return the shoes even with clear photos. I didn't get a refund.
