not answering dmca requests is wrong
I am happy to remove this review if GoToQuiz gets back to me. I emailed GoToQuiz about two DMCA takedown requests on Sept. 22,2022 and Jan. 27,2023. I used the email address they list for DMCA takedowns on their contact page.
I created, own, and sell my work that they offer for free. Both notices were about the same URL each time, and it's still online in Feb. 2023. I saw that they opened my email in Oct. 2022 and Jan 2023, but I still haven't gotten a reply. The URL with the copied content is still there.
GoToQuiz, you need to answer DMCA takedown notices. Not replying to DMCA requests is unprofessional and wrong. Your site says it's DMCA compliant, but when you don't answer DMCA requests, you're not sticking to those rules.

a little unhappy with accounts
I enjoy Gotoquiz a lot, like many people, but I am a little unhappy with the way they deal with accounts. I signed up for an account a while back and the password for that account was hard to keep in mind, and then I started using another computer and tried logging in. But honestly, I couldn't remember my password. I tried a bunch of times to log in but nothing worked. Since I had given them my email address on the site I thought they'd let me change my password. But they don't offer that. I think they should offer this so people can keep their accounts.
