quick replacement and great customer service
Ordering is a bit complicated, though the website is laid out well to order quickly. The flowers arrived on the day I picked during the given time (5-6 pm). At first, I wasn't happy with the bouquet since it didn't look like the one I picked online, and the flowers seemed like they were dying. Customer support got in touch to see how it went, and when I said I wasn't happy, they quickly set up a replacement bouquet when I asked. I asked them to send it as soon as they could, and they brought it that same day. The new bouquet looked bright and matched what I expected from what I ordered. I didn't think that would happen for everyone because it's a nationwide company.
