Complete scam and frauds
Avoid buying anything from this site. They are con artists. They just sent part of my order and won't give refunds for no reason. Low quality items for what you pay. Not worth your time. And they don't offer an exchange either. One reason they won't refund is once you open the package! I wish I had known this before buying from them. Complete scam. *** This reply is absurd, I didn't buy any personal stuff so there's no reason for hygiene to be a problem. And you should know that I didn't buy personal stuff, you don't offer any! So why mention that at all? Completely irrelevant. I did NOT receive an item I ordered and I have the entire email chain from your 'support team' asking me for pictures as 'proof'. I've also dealt with 'AI Jane' asking me three times what the problem is after I already explained it, so you guys are just wasting time and not trying to fix the problem. Get a real person to check it, not an automated response. But seeing all your one-star reviews, I can tell you're just ripping people off with the same tactics as you did to me. Frauds. Feel free. I'm willing to copy and paste the whole email thread or share screenshots to show how shady your company is and to show that you're lying now. Unbelievable! Since you can reply to my feedback, why haven't you replied to my email from 4 HOURS ago about the missing item for the THIRD time!
