not a legitimate auction house
Only 2 minutes after I made a bid on a potential Navajo jewelry piece, I wanted to cancel it since I couldn't get any genuine info about the so-called Navaho artisan. The piece had a difficult-to-see mark on the stone. They said it said H. Boyd. The stones were also badly glued and had cracks. I couldn't locate info about the form stated on their site as being available to cancel a bid. After searching for a while, I finally found a phone number, but they were closed for hours. I was informed bids can't be retracted for any reason. I think this is unfair. I mentioned I wouldn't pay if I ended up winning. I think it's not a legitimate auction house.

shady tactics and broken items
I’m writing this review after three major problems with this company. The first problem: I bought a ring from them - the auction ended, I was the winner. Then the auction reopened and my item was sold to another buyer at a higher price. The next problem: I got a watch - the bidding showed I was the winner, my card was billed and the item was sent. Then the item strangely got held up at a FedEx place close to Ohio. I reached out to EBTH via their site and got an email saying they would locate the item. A couple of days later, I got an email saying there was a problem with my card. I checked my statement again and noticed a refund for the item? In both instances, I think EBTH used shady tactics to deny me these items because the final bid was lower than what they wanted. Remember I paid for all the items but never got them. The final issue has been with quality and misleading info. I got items that had problems not shown in pictures - such as a pearl bracelet with a broken string tied in a knot; the whole bracelet needed fixing. My biggest issue with these folks is I really believe they are changing auctions when they don’t get the price they expect. I’m considering ways to report them to the AG.
