really poor experience with hidden fees
In general a really poor experience. No help from auctiontime about hidden fees charged by the seller. I bought a second-hand farm trailer from the seller on auctiontime.com. Bill from the seller had extra charges for the title and wire transfer that weren’t mentioned on the auction site. Reached out to auctiontime.com and they gave no help explaining that the sellers agreement says a $100 fee. The agreement is accessible by using a link at the bottom of the auction page that opens three pages of legal text and extra charges are buried there. The funniest part is that the agreement says that the $100 fee applies to titled items but this trailer isn’t even titled.

bidding update error isn't my problem
I wanted to find a telehandler and bid on a few things while the bids went up and the Auctions finished. I received a notification that I didn't win several bids so I concentrated on one final auction item. I got a notice when the auction ended that I had the highest bid and won the item. I contacted the seller to give me the payment details. The next day i received a bill for TWO things! I quickly called Next Level Auctions (the seller) and told them that the next day another item appeared that I had won. They told me " I’ve heard all the excuses from people wanting to cancel purchases" They informed me, "I owe for both things and that's not my problem". I explained to them I just wanted one thing and wouldn't bid on more than one thing if I hadn't gotten a notice I lost the first item. I think the bidding update error isn't my problem and Next Level Auctions LLC should put in more effort to fix the issue they created!
