Great service and fast shipping

I’ve been a customer of EZContacts for a long time. They always deliver the good real product, never faced a problem with them. My Maui Jims arrived today just like I expected. They came just like I hoped. In perfect condition, great price. Nice service! I made a quick change and they managed to make that happen in no time. Customer service is dependable and answered my questions. The website is easy to use, I got a frame and it shipped the next day. Fast shipping too! Great genuine Versace glasses made according to my prescription in a reasonable time. I will shop here again.

they take forever to ship

I placed two frames on 3/16 but they still haven’t arrived. I only got tracking info today. I’m still waiting on the order I placed in April to be finished. It took ages for this to go out and then it wasn’t sent faster when it finally went out. I placed the order on the 6th but by 01/10, my contacts still hadn’t arrived even though I paid for fast shipping. You ruined my vacation. Don’t shop here. They take forever to ship. I paid you, but the product never arrived. I need my money back now or I will take legal action.
