it's a scam and they trick their customers
I would give them zero stars. I would do that. I bought a Burberry scarf on the Cettire site & when I got it, they were having a mid season sale & the scarf went down from $494 to $467 & there was a different Burberry scarf I wanted and it cost less but I decided to get the more expensive one since it said so in the description so when I checked the Burberry site it was showing the same scarf & the brand was on it so I chose to buy the pricier one, once I got my order I noticed it wasn’t printed & it was just the less expensive scarf I didn’t want so I searched online again and they sent me the less expensive one & not what I paid for and I was surprised when I found out that the scarf I bought dropped in price by $122 and was less than my other scarf. After going back and forth with their support through email, they refused to change the price giving me ridiculous excuses so I decided to write a review online so others know, don't buy there. It's a scam and they trick their customers & the problem is they lack a customer service number to call, it’s only through email. I don’t know who to reach to escalate this issue!
