Great staff and fast service
I have dealt with Climbing Anchors for years and have bought lots of kinds of Climbing gear and have always thought the staff to be nice and helpful when I’ve spoken with them. I’ve also noticed that most things I’ve ordered from them have usually arrived quite fast. But this time, with my latest order, something went wrong and got missed. When I got in touch to fix the issue, thanks to their staff, it was sorted fast, which is a really important part of customer service in any business! I’d recommend them to anyone looking to order or get any gear from them! Thanks again to the Climbing Anchors staff!

awesome assistance from the staff
I got awesome assistance from the staff at the Alexandria shop, over the phone and at the 9Degree Waterloo shop. I checked out the Alexandria shop first to look at the sizes and they gave me a thorough rundown on picking sizes and how the shoes ought to fit and how they might change over time. Unfortunately, I ended up with a size that was a little big when I bought them since they didn’t have enough stock in the store. I ended up contacting the team to exchange the size a couple of days later, which worked out great. When I called to check if they had my size and then face to face at the Waterloo shop, the team were helpful in getting it fitted correctly and swapping for the right size.
