support is AWFUL
Their support is AWFUL. Initially they said we were not truthful about the faulty calipers they delivered or that we couldn't figure out how to put them on (which was done at a reliable repair shop that's been in business for over 50 years). Then they requested us to email them and they didn’t reply after MANY tries. As I mentioned to them, I guess they care more about the $1400 than a gas station attendant and a social worker during COVID. Even with their claims that their items were never faulty, funny, that's not what MANY reviews say that I have read since you exploited us... Honestly, the products and support you provide are poor.

poor instructions but okay experience
Purchased coated rotors (slotted/cross-drilled) and carbon pads. Many problems arose from poor communication - After a three-day wait I received an email that my rotors and pads were "sent" from Texas. What I was unaware of was that they were initially sent to Brakeworld, and only THEN were they going to my house. It took about ten days. When they arrived, the rotors and pads were the correct size and type. However, I saw a tiny sticker on one box stating the paint or coating needs to be removed (sanded down) from the surfaces of the pads. My son installed them without sanding. Luckily, I found out from another website that they needed to be sanded down (which took around thirty minutes for each rotor). I had to sand the painted pads as well. I believe the parts were as mentioned, the right type and arrived in a reasonable time. My email inquiries received replies within twelve to twenty-four hours and were polite. I believe a lot of the negative reviews are because customers didn’t get what they were buying and that the coating needed to be taken off the rotors before putting them on. Still, I believe Brakeworld ought to clarify on their website what must be done. Overall, besides poor instructions, the whole experience was okay.
