For years, the company has had poor customer service, but it's now become bad enough for me to finally write this review. I ordered over $1000 worth of items about 3 years ago but none of my items arrived because of "COVID". Yesterday, I finally received a shipping notice, but since I had moved, I needed to change my address. They refused to change my address because I had moved countries. Also, they would only offer store credit, not a refund. The support staff were very rude and initially said they would not cancel the order (when I asked to cancel the order they answered "Hello, We leave the order as it is.") Once I eventually got them to cancel my orders, they told me I could only get store credit. I politely asked if they could return the money to my bank but they never responded. So, I have no choice but to spend the credit in my account and won't buy from this terrible company again.
Avoid this company because if something goes wrong, customer service will be no help at all. There are other places to buy Japanese items, like Playasia and YesAsia, and they'll give you better service and more choices.

Good customer service and fair prices
I am a longtime fan of this company. They keep providing good customer service, good deals and offers and a wide range of products for fair prices. If you're into things like anime, Japanese music, games, manga and other pop culture things, they're a solid choice. I have been shopping with them for about 10 years. Nothing but good experiences with them in all that time. They often send news and updates about what they carry and send you coupons and other special offers all year. You also get perks like extra points for your birthday, during special events and stuff like that. It's easy to join their membership program, and it comes with nice perks, such as extra points during the year. Shipping costs and delivery times are usually quite good. My orders tend to arrive about 3-5 days after they ship. Their service is an easy way to get all the Japanese pop culture things you need. I recommend them!
