I really like Yes Bebe
Yes Bebe is great! I always check there first for items I want. They have a nice selection of lovely products at good prices and the rewards program is quite generous in comparison. I have placed orders with this company twice now and every time I am happy with their customer service, delivery times, and the standard of the items purchased. Shipping is quick and products always arrive nicely packed. The variety of eco-friendly toys is wonderful and I just keep on browsing and ordering! Also, Katie in customer support is really great.. Thanks!

difficult return process and poor communication
The Maileg wooden wardrobe came and the doors were damaged. I contacted the company to ask for a return and I sent the item back. After around four to five days, I didn't get a message confirming they received it so I had to contact them to ask if they got it and if my refund was processed just to be told they received it and the refund might take as long as 14 days. I expressed my concerns about the slow refund and they said they could handle the refund the next day. I found the return process difficult and the poor communication annoying. They didn’t provide a replacement so I ended up buying it from somewhere else. I had bought this for my granddaughter's birthday.
