wrong size and no response
I bought a filter from this website since it looked like the lowest prices I found compared with other sites. That was clearly a mistake. They sent the wrong size. I was meant to get a filter pad measuring 14.5 x 22.5, but what I got instead measured just 12.5 x 22.5 so it doesn't fit anymore in my cassette. I've tried reaching them several times now through their online inquiry and by phone. I got no response. What's even more frustrating is that my time to report a damaged filter has now passed... So even if I could reach someone now, I'd probably have to pay full price for a replacement. I won't ever buy from them again.
