big security problems on Zalando
I got an email requesting I confirm an email address change which I didn’t ask for. Contacted customer service to say that I did not request the change and it looked like there was a security issue. Was told that I had to respond to a confirmatory email with some personal info. I did that and got no response. A couple of days later I still couldn’t access my account or change my password. I asked them again what was happening and was told that my whole account was deactivated without any notice. Needless to say, I said this was absurd and the problem could have been fixed if they just helped me change my password. I have now lost the ability to access my full order history and can’t verify it with my credit card bill. I’ve noticed other customers on review sites facing this same problem. There seem to be big security problems on Zalando. Those who care about their personal data should keep their distance.

disgusted with filthy laundry instead of jeans
I got 2 X pairs of Levi jeans and they turned up today with Yodel. The parcel seemed odd to me as it had brown parcel tape all over it. When I opened it I was shocked to find the Levi jeans weren't there, only a wrapped-up pile of dirty shirts and a used jacket. Not great zalando, you get my £84 but all I get is someone's filthy laundry. I am disgusted. I spoke to a woman who said to return it for my money back. No! So I called again and spoke to a nice lady called Lisa who said to get rid of the old clothes and she'd approve my refund.
Now I am not saying it was the seller. Maybe it was the delivery company. Someone may be stealing things from parcels and sending other stuff instead. Either way, I won't shop with Zalando or Yodel again.
I checked later and the jeans are now out of stock online. Gutted to say the least.
