PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I purchased a sofa cover and it was an incorrect size (details on their site are incorrect). I emailed requesting an exchange and they responded with rubbish like I could pass it to someone else, and that they offered to give back $6. I’ve been going back and forth in e-mails with them for a month now and I keep on getting the identical response, so they obviously don't want to exchange the product. Also the items are low quality. Also, I ordered 4 chair covers (same day as the sofa cover) and I have yet to get them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, avoid the hassle.

worst support ever
The worst support ever. Here's what happened.
The covers arrived on Oct. 26,2022. After testing one cover, I didn't even put the others on. The quality wasn't good and I was pretty unhappy with it. I wanted to send my covers back. I emailed them immediately. They asked for pictures. I sent those over. They said they'd sent the correct items. I explained that I never said they sent the wrong products. I made it clear that I didn't like the quality and wanted to send them back and get a refund. They came back and offered me $4 USD as compensation. I said no, I wanted to return the items and get a full refund. They told me to give it to somebody else and offered me $6 USD. I turned that down. I wanted to send them back and get my $90 (what I paid). They replied and said $8 USD was the most they could offer me. I stopped emailing them since it was clear nothing was going to change. I opened a dispute with Paypal, and in two minutes (literally), Paypal refunded me in full. I think PayPal knows how $hitty this business is and gets lots of disputes.
