poor customer service on defective product
I have purchased several items from Rogue, such as bars, racks, and weights. The quality is good and I have been pleased overall. I just got spotter arms (over $300 before shipping) and one isn't sitting at exactly 90 degrees... it's around 92-93 degrees, and over 30 inches the arm angles awkwardly. At the tip of the arm it's off by about 3 inches from where it should be. I reached out to Rogue to tell them of the issue, and shared photos. Instead of assisting me or coming up with a fix the rep was just making excuses not to exchange it or back their product. This is a production issue where the arm isn't attached right, clearly. Instead of sending a replacement arm to me, they want me to pay for shipping to return the whole set and buy another one when it's obvious the correct thing to do is to back their expensive product and send me a non-defective one. I won't be getting anything else from them due to this issue.

Good luck getting in touch with someone
Good luck getting in touch with someone at rogue. I had an issue putting together a product and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I tried every prompt from customer service to sales to accounting. All the mailboxes at rogue are full! It's really annoying to have the equipment that I could only partially put together and not be able to get any help. I've spent a lot on rogue and won't buy anything else. I can't understand how a large company doesn't have anyone to answer calls. What if I wanted to discuss building a gym for business? I’ll look into sorinex next time even if they're a little more expensive.
