Really helpful service! There's no reason to worry, get on with your usual day and let Reeclaim handle everything else when trains keep letting you down. Thanks Reeclaim! This is handy; I don't need to do anything and I get alerts automatically about delay refunds that I hadn't even heard about. Before, it was a real hassle to go to the TFL website and report my late journey. Reeclaim made it so much easier. I got my first refund today. Reeclaim surprised me; I didn’t expect any money back but figured it was worth trying and in a day I’ve got £12 back.
