nice product but lacking support
This is a tough review because the product is nice and was simple to install but the support is lacking. I had a small issue with a panel and wanted to discuss it and even though I said I didn't want a truck to come with a delivery for one panel as this isn't great for the environment they ignored my request and I received an entire new panel that I didn't ask for. When I raised the problem of how this wasn't what I wanted and how this didn't help reduce environmental impact I got wrong info about how this is better for the buyer and is how they typically operate so who knows the carbon impact they're creating. Also, the communication isn't good: I had to contact them and they said they would call back but it didn't happen. Besides the extra delivery I'm now stuck with extra waste that adds to it. So a nice product made by a company that doesn't show much care about environmental harm.

improve your delivery process please
I liked how the product looked at first. Lightweight and flexible, it looked perfect for my project. I was frustrated by the shipping, since it was delayed and caused me to change schedules and caused some issues for my client, who fortunately, didn't have plans for the space and therefore was fine with the delay. It did take a lot of my time though, because I needed to switch the installation of this product from one contractor, who was there but didn’t have the materials, to a different one, who needed to come back after the items finally got there. This meant a lot of work like cancelling and changing and sending Purchase Orders again, which I really hope to avoid again. Glad to use your product - I have more orders coming up soon @ £2,500 - so improve your delivery process please....

nice focal point at a much lower cost
We discovered this product when searching for ideas for our new living room wall and felt it could be a nice focal point at a much lower cost than solid wood. Once the samples came and we chose the color we wanted we made our purchase. The item matched our expectations and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Since we wanted the panels to look solid we had to cut some pieces at a 45 degree angle which was challenging and if there was an option to buy these pre-cut it would have been simpler! This isn’t a complaint just some suggestions for what we needed for our project. I know about the trims you offer but we preferred not to have anything too heavy. To sum up, the product was easy to work with and we like its appearance!
