like their stuff dislike their delivery
I’ve bought from this site more than 5 times. Really like their stuff, dislike their delivery. I’m not sure what causes the hold up, but expect AT LEAST a week to pass between when they confirm the order and when it ships. I didn’t realize how tough it was to pack a shirt in a box with a shipping label. Evidently, Brits struggle with this. Seriously, it’s a big issue. Once they send shipping confirmation, just wait for the package to show up sometime later since they don’t provide tracking. Who doesn’t offer tracking in 2020? This company. Every sketchy shop in China selling knockoffs can provide a tracking number, but not Merchoid. They use untracked royal mail. I keep trying to like them, but it’s hard to do that. Until they fix their shipping methods, count me out.

this site is ripping people off
I have no faith in them I bought thirty hoodies they sent me three of the same designs all outdated items I've been trying to resolve this for months they told me that I need to pay them to return the stuff to get my money back I want different items I want different kinds of hoodies and jackets but instead of fixing the issue they've restricted me as a buyer and all I wanted to know is how to figure out how to prevent this next time when I order more but now I can't place any more orders I can't make any orders I know you can order a few or three of the same but 10 of the same item and just three different ones doesn't suit me and they haven't done anything to resolve the issue they expect me to pay another $600 to return the items to their American warehouse which costs much more than the items are worth and much more than what I originally paid I told them I would keep the items if they assure me that my future orders won't have this issue but they ignore my requests watch out this site is ripping people off taking their money and disregarding the issue.

DO NOT ORDER COLLECTIBLES FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought something ahead just to see it for $60 cheaper on other websites. When I inquired about price matching and they said no and I needed to cover return shipping I just saw it as a lesson and was prepared to let it go. But then, the package showed up and my $200 order came from the UK wrapped in bubble wrap, a bit of thin cardboard around the center, and a sealed plastic bag. The box for the collectible was, of course, damaged. Three days later customer support told me that since it's "only a crease in the" outer box I needed to pay for sending it back. DO NOT ORDER COLLECTIBLES FROM THIS COMPANY.
