STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Stay away from them! They're INCOMPETENTS pretending like they know the job.
I wish I could rate them -5 but that's not possible. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I contracted this company believing they could handle what I requested. They made me pay a $2000 initial fee. Before they proceeded with my website, they forced me to pay the total amount. They took out the plugins I needed for my WordPress to work correctly. I needed to hire someone after that who couldn't fix it because of what they took out. What kind of business doesn't know what they’re doing? They say they are based in New York but I suspect they are in India. I made a complaint and got a full refund. It's obvious they don't know what they're doing. They handled my requests like they were odd. Clearly they don't have knowledge about web design. I found out I needed to hire someone to rebuild my whole website. Thank God I was able to get my complete refund back. This is the brief summary. It was a two and a half month ordeal working with them.

watch out when using logoperfecto.com
I want to share my experience with Logo Perfecto, and it wasn't good.
The sample website designs they present as past work look way better than what they actually deliver. So I reached out to some of the sites they provided and found out they didn't know anything about Logo Perfecto and claimed they weren't the ones that created their sites, so Logo Perfecto had given me false information.
They claim during the sales call that you can get a refund if they don’t give you a decent website design, this isn't true and they won’t give a refund once you pay and they have now blocked my calls so I need to call them from a private number just to get in touch.
The site I wanted was just a simple 7-page website for my company to show my brand online and feature my past work, so it wasn't that hard, I don't get why they struggled so much.
I chose to look for another option and went elsewhere, just watch out when using logoperfecto.com.
