just steer clear of them
I bought three color cartridges and one black cartridge from them. I needed to send a lot of emails and finally they sent me two color cartridges together and one separately. It took six weeks and a bunch of emails. They then asked if I wanted a refund for the black cartridge, which I said yes to. It’s been eight weeks now and NO black cartridge or NO money back! I attempted to call their toll-free number and I waited forever! Just steer clear of them. Like they say, "Take my word for It." I filed a dispute with Paypal and got my cash back.

I won't order from them again
I needed ink for my Epson 7800 printer. I found InkCartridges.com. Once I made my order on 12/20 they told me that the "items were out of stock and it could take a week or two to get them" I said okay and waited. There was no update to the order status after 2 weeks. I emailed them, but got no reply. I called on 1/6. I was on hold for a long time and was asked to leave a message. I was called back and put on hold several times by CSR who was "checking warehouse". They told me it was still out of stock and might take another week or so. I decided to cancel my order with the CSR on the phone. On 1/9 I still didn't receive confirmation of cancellation or refund. I called again. On hold and left another message. On return call CSR kept me on hold again and finally returned to say the cancellation was in progress. On 1/10 the ink finally arrived. The cartridges are made in Japan, not Indonesia. In the meantime I ordered the ink from Amazon and am now trying to cancel to avoid a duplicate order.
