craziest thing I have ever heard
I bought a golf bag and I joined their PRO like they recommended! When I paid it said the price covers customs, delivery, pretty much everything. NOWHERE does it say there might be extra charges. A week later without hearing anything from Desert Cart I contacted them to ask where my order was and they told me because of the product's size I had to pay AED986 more for delivery. I said no since it's more than the product itself and asked why no one had told me at all. I told them to cancel the order and refund me but was told the order couldn't be cancelled so you either pay for delivery or lose the product along with your money.
WHAT?! That's the craziest thing I have ever heard then the agent Mohammad just said thats how it works before ending the chat!

they are a fraud
They are a fraud, at first my order arrived with just some of the items and then they billed me for a yearly membership costing £192 that I never signed up for and now they refuse to give me back any of my money. Throughout the entire ordering process, it was never mentioned that there was a membership or a £192 membership charge that is non-refundable. I reached out to them and they won't give back even a portion of it. Any real company would at least return some if a customer reached out to them to request a cancellation. I looked online and found the same problems with them. They are a fraud located in the UAE and they ought to be prohibited from operating in the UK
