No parts after warranty ends
No mini split Heat pump parts for sale after the warranty ends. If you buy the heat pump from whoever first bought it and need any parts to repair it, Costway won't help you send those parts to you. I need an inside unit for an 18k heat pump and customer service will only help if you buy the unit straight from them, are still under warranty, and have the order number.
I got AC straight from Costway, but I didn't realize they won't help once your warranty is over. I mean, that causes pollution. You could be using the product for a long time and you'd still make money.

Great Quality for the Price
We bought the 8 seat Dining Room set with the 15 ft umbrella with lights. It got here in about 10 days and I assembled it one Saturday. There's a lot of screws and pieces, but it came together pretty easily. It looked really nice. We chose to buy the 9 seat couch set that includes a firepit. Same thing, arrived within 10 days, spent another Saturday assembling it and it looks great on a different deck. The quality for the price is very good. We applied Scotchgard to the cushions for the couch set, for extra protection of the fabric. In the end, a good shopping experience, clear instructions and we are satisfied.
