BUYER BEWARE of messed-up cushion
The cushion that I got arrived bent in half stuffed in a tiny box. Sadly, the foam got deformed and the fabric was creased such that it looked bad on my seat. I was told, after many emails over a month, to wait and see if it would go back to normal eventually and to attempt various ways to repair the messed-up cushion such as ironing it, unpacking it to smooth it out myself, etc. Even though this product is marketed as being "ready to use," I, a BUYER who paid a lot for this, followed all the given advice. The item did get better after all of MY attempts but it still has marks and is still not right for my entryway chair, and it isn't what was shown on the website, and it isn't worth the money I spent. I asked for a replacement or some kind of return. I received no reply. BUYER BEWARE!
