order arrived late and bad quality
My order arrived late. Site said 2 week shipping after Product is processed. It got processed five days after I ordered, but I waited six weeks to get it. Right after I received the item, I saw the bad quality right away. That day I got the product, I requested a refund. I went back and forth with support for four days about how much they would give me back, before they finally sent me the address to return it and told me I would receive a full refund after they got the item back. I covered the return since they don't give a prepaid label.

slow shipping and poor quality items
I made an order back in January. I received part of my order in March, but the rest of the items were not available so I received a refund. The time it took to get my items was excessive and I had to keep checking for updates. Shipping was slow, which I anticipated, but two weeks feels way too long to wait for my package. The tights I received are super tight at the top, so tight I couldn’t wear them because I was worried they would cut off circulation. The items didn’t match the description; I requested a refund, but their customer service replied once daily with offers for 10% off until the refund period ended. The items I received are badly made, and the fabric feels cheap. I won’t buy from them again.
