friendly and skilled staff
I came in for a mountain bike and got the kind of customer service anyone could hope for; the staff member Julia was really helpful and made time to chat with us. I was after a chain in a hurry and the staff at Mile End were a big help. Prompt, great service from friendly, well-informed staff at Mitchell ACT! The staff at 99 Bikes got my item to me in good shape and really quickly. Good product and price, really good service. I have dealt with your company a few times in recent years and always had fast, smooth and dependable service.
