finally felt heard by a company
After posting a Negative review I got a call from One protect, an agent called AW1. That was a good change since I hadn't been able to speak to anyone in person before, just on a chat forum. I liked that they listened to what was bothering me and took me seriously as a customer. I finally felt heard by a company for the first time in a while, and my last review was negative, but I can honestly call this a positive experience. They also paid me back some admin fees out of the blue for leaving and for the bad experience I had. If One protect carry on and listen to customers like AW1 did I'm sure they'll do better and hopefully hold on to more customers. I was really glad they called.

Quick to resolve my problem
CO4 was really nice and quick to resolve the problem I faced of giving proof of my NCB. I attempted a couple of methods - at first it got denied since it was in an email format, then the files had a password. I eventually tried live chat a few days back and received the address to send a hard copy of the file to - which I sent today. That person didn’t suggest I provide her with the password to access it, which CO4 did. Now the problem got sorted because of her help and I feel a lot better since it was quite stressful receiving texts, emails and two letters stating my insurance could be invalid. It’s annoying that there is no phone number to reach you, so it’s important that the live chat reps are helpful!

not happy with the service
Fairly good service from BC5 but I am not happy with how I received an email saying the policy was ending because I owed a £15 fee from 2 days earlier. I was trying to update my address and a few other details when renewing and they wanted to charge me for the changes which worked out to around a quarter of the yearly policy price. Now you have to deal with most of the admin yourself online, but these firms still make you pay to do it. They should pay customers for doing that.
