prints were dark and dull
Not long after the 90th birthday party of my mother-in-law, we were given a digital folder by the photographer. I decided on Printerpix to print some family photos quickly and made three orders that added up to over $300 hoping the prints would appear like my uploads and the preview image. But that is not at all what I got. All the prints were dark and dull. I tried to get a refund and also sent the prints back in the same box. UPS reached out to me and told me the package was sent back due to an incorrect address. They claimed my dark uploads made the prints dark. I didn’t receive a refund!
