extremely unreliable service
I live in California, and I placed an order from Walmart Canada on Dec 20,2024 to get a present for a family member in Saskatoon, Canada, but the item still hasn’t shown up. I contacted customer service after getting an email saying my order was listed as delivered to ask why the item didn’t arrive. They said to wait 72 hours for a return call but I never got one. I waited a week and checked in again, and they told me to wait another 72 hours for the call but still I didn’t get a call. I called again today to check on my order and I still didn’t get a definite response and again they said to wait for their call. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. It's very annoying, and the service they offer is poor. It seems quite messy. They're extremely unreliable, I won't shop here again!
