I can't see why they ask for my address at my house. It made buying harder than needed. You can't quite tell where the seats are, and they can't guarantee that if you buy more than one, they're together. Way too expensive, I would go to more concerts if you didn't raise prices so much.

Forget charging added fees for e-ticket transfer when that’s the ONLY OPTION. A $7.25 charge for each ticket is a high fee on top. Charges are too high. We don’t print and mail tickets anymore. Cut your charges.

My fiancé is bringing me. Awesome! Simple and fast - but I would like to see a better view of the venue when picking seats.
